  • Capped number of properties in the portfolio to enable Right Address Property Rentals to give the best service to Landlord and Tenant
  • We Specialising in Auckland Central, Parnell, Newmarket, Remuera and Eden Terrace, we will work in whichever area the client’s portfolio requires.
  • Right Address will use certified trades people
  • Right address will not charge any other fee except for the following:
    • Credit Checks $25.00 plus GST per person with TINZ
    • Property Inspections Fee $30.00 plus GST
    • Rates and Insurance Handling Fee $5.00 per month plus GST
    • Tenancy Tribunal Hearings and Mediations $75.00 plus GST
    • Advertising Silver Package $90.00 incl or Gold Package $225.00 incl

Letting Fee

  • The Letting Fee is one weeks rent plus GST paid by the tenant.

  • Property Viewings
  • Complete all documentation.
  • The Bond will be forwarded to the Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment – Bond Centre in Wellington and held in trust.
  • Complete Credit Checks with TINZ at a charge to the Landlord of $25.00 plus GST per person with TINZ
  • Charge to the Tenant One Weeks rent plus GST charged to the Tenant to secure the property

Tenant requirements

The tenant will need to supply copies of the following before an application can be processed:

  • Current drivers licence.
  • Passport (if from overseas)
  • Proof of previous rental history (landlord details for reference check)
  • Proof of current address (phone, electricity or other utility accounts)
  • Proof of employment and income (pay slips or bank statements)
  • A personal written reference either from an employer or friend and any testimonials from previous landlords and two verbal referees’ details
  • All persons to be present
  • All tenants approved on the application will need to be present when going through the application and induction process.
